Denny Osborne

Founded in 1976 by Dennis Osborne, Osborne Properties has been active in Southern California commercial real estate in property acquisitions, development, and investment sales. We have been a joint venture partner and consultant to many institutions and investors. To date, the company has been engaged in commercial property transactions in excess of 3 million square feet and valued at over $150 million dollars.

Dennis Osborne is a devoted family man. He has been married to Jeannie Osborne for years. Outside interests include a certification as a yoga instructor, and professional life coach. He recently participated in the Landmark Forum weekend and is attending the Advance Course in 2011. A lifelong athlete, he has run over 13 marathons, many more half marathons, and trail running events. He just recently traveled to Nepal for a yoga-trek of the Annapurna Himalayan Range. He is a 1967 graduate of the University of Nebraska and ROTC serving as a tank company commander in Europe. He has three adult children who have graduated from UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Berkeley. Son Greg is currently a Vice-President with Grubb & Ellis Company, a nation-wide commercial brokerage company. Over the years, Dennis has been active in many civic organizations to include: Meals on Wheels, the Twilight Brigade (One of the largest independent end-of-life care organizations welcomed in VA Hospitals & Hospice facilities across America.), serving as past president of the Harbor Area Boys and Girls Club, Hoag Hospital 552 Club Board, and a past member of the NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties).
